Sushi Excellent is a Japanese cuisine featuring the highest quality sashimi, sushi and drinks. We are located around the corner of Hylan Boulevard and New Dorp Lane, Staten Island. We have been in business for over six years.

Our chief chef Osan Weng started his career in Japan. During his 12 years in Japan, chef Osan mastered his skills and knowledge of foods. Prior to joining Sushi Excellent, chef Osan worked in many well-known Japanese cuisines in Manhattan, including Nobu, Morimto and Megu. From ingredient selection to dish presentation, chef Osan and his team continuously challenge themselves to bring our customers the best quality and dining experience.

Early this year, Sushi Excellent was fully renovated to include a vibrant patio dining area and VIP seating. With luxurious high-back seating, low lighting and a party atmosphere, our bar serves classic and divine cocktails, premium spirits, wines and beers.
