Sushi Excellent is delighted to announce our merger with the Excellent Dumpling House. A Chinatown institution for the past 28 years, the Excellent Dumpling House has given millions of customers a taste of an authentic dumpling house experience.
Our merger has allowed us to add a new selection of Dim Sum and dumplings to our menu. These new dishes are the creations of Chef Kwong, the executive chef of the Excellent Dumpling House. We are thrilled that Chef Kwong has brought his culinary expertise from Hong Kong’s Peninsula Hotel and The Peak Restaurant to Sushi Excellent. We hope that you will help us welcome Chef Kwong and the Excellent Dumpling House to our family.
